I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot and Guy, as always, was very helpful and friendly.  He has great knowledge about the vehicles and doing all the paperwork.  He explained what every form meant, is very honest, and easy to do business with.  All the staff there is friendly with excellent customer service.  He treats us like family and always makes sure our needs are met.  We have done business with Guy in the past and will continue to do so. Awesome experience!  I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and they had the best price for the miles in a 75 mile radius.  It had snowed the night before so the car was cleaned off and warmed up before I test drove it.  Car ran like a dream as they do all the servicing on the vehicles.  Financing was a breeze and the car was detailed, registered, and insurance taken care of for me to pick up the next day.  They have the best prices in the area for any vehicle you are looking for.  I will certainly have my vehicle serviced with them and purchase my next vehicle with them.

I'm so thankful we chose to come almost two hours away for a specific model of car that we were looking for. We had a few bumps in the process but Guy and Joe were awesome, friendly, willing to go the extra mile for us and at the end of a very long day, we got the car! I would highly recommend them! My wife and I live in Buffalo NY and decided to stop here because we where in the area. We are so glad we did. We had been shopping for a vehicle for about a month but every where we went was super pushy and didn't want to give us the full amount we owed on our trade. Pellegrino was super helpful, they offered us the full amount on our trade with out us even asking, gave us a great price on a 2013 Explored and included a bumper to bumper warranty.  Never once did we feel pressured. We purchased our Explorer in September 2017. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to see how the SUV held up. Im happy to say we have had no problems and just return from driving to Florida with out any issues. Thanks

Horrible experience. I bought a 2010 Mazda CX-7 because I got into an accident with my previous vehicle and I was in a pinch. Guy Pellegrino sold me this vehicle because I told him I needed something safe to keep my “18 month old daughter in. Well the first issue was that his guys gave me a car that didn’t pass inspection. The tires were dry rotting and within 600 miles my check engine light came on and I can smell burning fuel in my vehicle. It wasn’t till 2 weeks later I realized I was spending more money putting gas in my tank. I address the issue to him twice. I came here 3 times with issues and I live in Lockport. So driving here is a stretch. Besides that Guy Pellegrino lies to me not once but twice. I called him about the check engine light and I told him not to turn it off and he said “ Oh were not that type of people we will fix it”. What does he do, he turns off the light. If this vehicle isn’t fixed I’ll have no choice but to call the BBB.
