Now about to purchase third car from Timebuyer. May even drive my first one down when I close this deal and pick it up!  No complaints, vehicles are good, terms are acceptable customer Service is excellent. If credit is currently a problem I highly recommend Time buyer, A divorce left me with less than favorable credit but they financed when no one else would. No longer in credit bind but they earned my loyality.

My husband bought his truck almost a year ago. Love it. Customer service is great and small issues to be expected they fixed. I would recommend them.

Do not go here to buy a vehicle. They are not pleasant people to do business with and the customer service is bad. We have had our vehicle "worked" on twice now. They same lights are coming back on after 80 miles or so each time. They made it clear they only fixed in courtesy. Even though we brought up the problem during the warranty time limit. I would give them zero stars is I could.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! Only Gabe it 1 star because negative stars isn't an option! I had a vehicle from them for less than 6 months, WHAT A NIGHTMARE. First, we had to put several hundred dollars into it (after paying well over their "advertised down payment")  because they lied about it passing a nys inspection.  If you are even a few hours late on a payment, they call and make threats,  and not all repo related either. We wound up surrendering the vehicle back to them after they tried to steal the insurance check from it getting scratched in a parking lot, we cancelled the claim only to find out 2 years later that THEY PUT IT THROUGH ANYWAY after we have it back, signed and cashed a check from MY insurance company, with MY NAME on it. And when we surrendered it, they tried to get me to leave MY plates on it too. They are rude, unprofessional, scam artists. It would be safer to buy a car off Craigslist with no pics or info completely sight unseen than buying one off these clowns. Be smart, go elsewhere.

I took my son down to purchase his first car and we thought at first, oh nice guy,. Then he went to get keys, passed us off and went to help someone looking at a more expensive car.  The ac did not work and he said that he could give it a charge but would not fix it.. The way he keeps his prices down is but not making costly repairs. Way to make us feel safe
