Frank Falleti made us feel like family from the very first second!  He worked very hard to get every single detail worked out for us and did it with a smile on his face the entire time.  We had been to other dealerships and with them you feel like just another number walking through the door,  but at Falleti Motors they truly care about you.  This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had!!  We will most definitely be recommending Frank at Falleti Motors to all of our family and friends.

The reason I have been using falleti motors for years is because of their great customer service and affordability. I take both my vehicles plus my daughter and mother take their vehicles to them. From oil changes to big jobs they have the techs that i can trust to do a good job without draining my wallet.

We were working from a distance with Falletti and it was still very easy to do.  We got exactly the car we wanted and they made sure to deliver on time.  In fact the car we were supposed to get got damaged in the whole process.  They went to bat for us and got us an even better car at the same price for the trouble.  It wasn't any trouble for us though, they did it all.  Gotta love that integrity!

I picked up my "new" car, 2015 Acura, last night and couldn't be happier.  Brian had it prepped and waiting for me.  He willingly helped me get familiar with the car's features and was not offended when I checked all of the figures and calculations on my Contract.  Thank you !
