It's a bit of a hike to get to the top but well worth the extra hour or two past Grotto Falls you have to go. Breathtaking views at the summit with gorgeous streams, brooks, and massive rock formations really make it a fun hike. I would recommend waterproof boots if you go all the way to the top as the path as you get further up becomes very wet and muddy, and if you try to guess where you can step that you won't soak your shoes you'll wind up with wet feet the whole way down. If you're going to Grotto Falls I absolutely recommend you to make the rest of the hike.

Von hier hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Der kleine Umweg auf den Brushy Mountain lohnt sich. Hier wachsen niedrige Gewächse, so daß die Aussicht nicht durch große Bäume eingeschränkt ist.
