This park has some beautiful scenery indeed.  We did the Goliath zip line, which enabled us to see several various views of the mountains and vegetation.The 2,000 feet high line was incredibly exhilarating. I was scared at first, but the safety features of the secure line made me feel comfortable, which enabled me to really take in the beauty of the whole area around me. The guides were also very friendly. This is a must do. 😁

Great zip lines! Helpful, accommodating people working there! We loved it!! Can’t wait to go back! Family owned and run. It makes a big difference!

I had taken about an hour and wrote a very detailed review about my experience with this place but I couldn't get it to post because it said that I exceeded the character limit. 

Not knowing what the limit is, I didn't know how much I had to omit. But basically I was told false information by the staff members at this place and the supervisor acted like she couldn't care less. My wife and I drove several hours just to visit this place and it was a horrible experience thanks to an incompetent staff and supervisor. I wish that I could fit my full review in the alotted space so that I could share my story. 

I will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone just because of the staffs incompetence.

Laid back but extremely professional staff!

i realize the title of my review may be an oxymoron to most but from the purring white cat that i had to pet in order to access the credit card swipe to Timbo the witty zip-line pro; and his 2 cohorts; Justin and the new guy not to mention Josie the bad a** chick who drove the ATV up the mountain to the most impressive runs and took NFL quality action pictures as we blazed down the last zip. A rooster crowed as each of us finished the last run and his chicks that have the run of the grounds; what a cool day. patient and professional; I highly recommend Fox Fire as the best family adventure experience in the smokey mountains.

Everyone was very friendly, very professional I have been in other zip line adventures, but by far this is the best one yet and will definitely be back again and again, so much to do is a great way to spend the day in the beautiful TN mountains.
