The last two times I've been, I was greeted by the  smell that as soon as I smelled it I immediately thought dead rat or whatever it had been . Either way it wasn't pleasant. Phone never work, staff is anything but professional and courteous. Place is fine for a guy solo, or just used for discreet rendezvous. Wouldn't stay with kids

I love this place. Ive been here for three weeks with my very large dog. All the staff are absolutely awesome, very friendly and helpful. Everyone, guests included, are very respectful of each other and look out for each other. It's very safe, the kids have a great time, and there's nice areas for the pets. There's a grill and a pool. The restaurant is under construction, but will only make things better. It's not a fancy place, but it's safe, cozy and has everything you need!

We had a beautiful new handicap room. The front desk was wonderful at check in and if we needed anything they were right there. It was not their fault that the power and water went out with the hurricane and lift station in Orange county. Nice stay considering.

Let me start off by saying I rarely write a poor review. But sometimes you just need to be the one who says Buyer Beware.  The photos online are far better than the real thing. The room was so smelly and dirty we could not even stay the first night. There was a thick layer of dirt and grunge on the ac filters and intake.. thick black gooey gunk and the AC blew warm air. Most of the lamps had no bulbs. This is what we were offered after being told there was a microwave and mini fridge (no). The police arrived as we were checking in to investigate a car break in. Needless to say we cancelled and found other accommodations.

We have been here for 2weeks while our home is repaired,very quiet,clean and nice people and very nice owner,people are taking microwaves he gave us his personal one.thank you all at crosby inn for such good hospitality.
