The Staff, are extremely beautiful, professional, caring, kind, and very helpful people! Whatever your pet's needs, or what your concerns for your pets, this is the place!!! My dog passed away in my home, and I was truly devastated, :( The owner of the pet shop gave me the number of a pet crematorium. It wasn't expensive, and that person came and picked up my dog, and delivered her ashes to me. I am Sincerely GRATEFUL for this Pet Shop! They are truly REMARKABLE!

Love this place. Everyone is very helpfull. They have all brands of food for cats and dogs, even birds. They have all kinds of harnesses and leashes. They have a variety of clothing all sizes. They are also very knowledgeable.

i swear i love them i honestly called like 10 min before they closed and they still waited for me to get there so i can get what i needed for my dog . there such good workers i love the boss hes very sweet always welcome us in

This is a really nice family oriented business where you can see the love the staff has for the animals. Puzzle, our mutt, sharpei-pitbull, pug ( everyone has a different mix they think he is) loves his grooming here. His last session with Stella he left particularly happy. But we have always had a good experience here, whether shopping for food and treats or grooming. Really wonderful people who live what they do and it shows

Cross Bronx Pet Shop I give them more then a 5 Star ..I've been taking my baby Nena there for a few years now.They are very very professional friendly and they treat ur pets with a lot of care. Melissa aka Shorty is my baby groomer. I love them all I highly recommend them for pet grooming.
