Friendly, helpful, able to feed my cats at a phone calls notice. Always know they're well cared for when I return home. Highly recommend.

I used Royal Pet Care at the Riverside location for 3 years and never had a problem until my dogs were handled by the staff on the Lenox Ave location. I received multiple reports while I was away on our most recent trip that 2 members of their staffed struck the dogs repeatedly in public and as a result, 1 of my dogs has a stigma when human hands come near him. Do not use Royal Pet Care under any circumstances. No wonder their shops are closing down.

Took a walk there with my dog, got there at about 730 & they were closed. 
Could've walked to pet supplies on Broadway instead. Fix your hours!!

The owner Noe and staff members are very friendly and accommodate to the customers needs. They treat my 4 yr old Yorkie as their own! Very loving, caring, and responsible. I'm excited they opened up a second store on 149th and Broadway for Grooming and Doggy day care while still selling pet supplies.. Thank you Noe, David, Edgar for your patience and care.

My dog and I love them. The store is full of gteat pet supplies and high end food. They are very nice.
