Good salespeople but make sure u read all the fine prints before u buy any coupon books , and if u use the medical facilities in the store ask for prices and again read everything so there won't be any surprises 😳😊

To bad there is no ( 0 ) 😠 grooming department sucks , no manners , bad service , 2 weeks ago I took my dog , $ 85.00 just for hair cut and nails trimming , very bad hair cut and nails trimming 😠😠 and they left my poor dog wait for 7 long hours with out eating or drinking water , unkonwn what kind of conditions are our lovely pets back there ? The same day 2 customers complaining about bad hair cuts and another rushed her dog to the Vet due to one of the groomers ripped off one her dog nail 😠😠😠 , there is an old groomer she is like Asian or Korean something like that , that is very rude with the pets 😠😠😠 , I won't recommend my friends and no one to take their lovely pets there, please think about it before take them there, just think it about it ..... my dog spent 3 days with out eating right, shaking and was having bad nightmares, who knows what happens back there to my dog 😠😠😠 ... I hope customers services do something about this groomers if they really care , They don't deserves to be there touching any pets .... for every one that reading how I really feel about this I appreciate it and I apologize for my writing ok my eyes bother me , may God bless you all 🙏🙏🙏🙏 and keep give your pets love and take care of them , remember when we bring a pet to hour home , it mean that they already are part of our family 💚💙❤🙏🙏

Best place for pretty supplies and they employees care. They are overpriced but isn't everything in New York?
