Talk about customer service! The people here are good listeners who provide appropriate insurance advice. A good array of the better companies work with Cross. I have been quite satisfied with the agency and nice staff. We have been with then for 15 years. Recommend!

After many years of insuring our home , farm, and autos through Cross Insurance, it is very clear  why " Join The Family" is a perfect motto for them. From the times we have dropped by their offices to just ask questions to more serious times when our house was flooded from a broken hot water heater, we always have been met with professional, kind focus to our need or problem. We know in life things happen that are unexpected but being part of the Cross Agency family brings peace of mind that we'll get through it together.

I've had over a year with these people, and through them they have set up my car insurance as well as my renters insurance.

     The ladies here are always incredibly nice, and extremely helpful. So much so that I often call them with any issue I have through the auto or renters provider, and instead of advising me (which they surely would do) they usually just fix it for me over the phone.

     Found me low rates, and the first time I walked in, they sat there and explained everything, and walked me through information that normally would go far over my head, that I expected there would be some sort of fee for their time. There wasn't. I know nothing about insurance, and they explain everything.

    Five stars, highly recommended. In fact I don't think I've had service better than this, and you won't be disappointed.
