So, I moved here from Portland about ten years ago and about three years ago I finally decided to change insurance companies and go with a local insurer. Luckily for me, Kevin’s office was the closest State Farm to me and I decided to give them a call.  Being born and raised in Illinois gave me insight into the great reputation of State Farm. But, any insurance company is only as good as the people you work with. Kevin’s office could not be more helpful, friendly, and professional. I know people throw those words around pretty easily sometimes, but this office sets the standard.  And the best part, they literally saved me hundreds of dollars on insurance costs (with better coverage!). I couldn’t be happier. Kevin and his staff have help me out several times over the years, most recently with a chipped windshield. Ask them about the special they offer to their clients for windshield repair. As a long-time customer, I am used to that sort of preferential treatment. As a potential new customer, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Call or stop in and see them today. PS – ask them about their whitewater rafting adventures!.

I don’t think I could say enough positive remarks about Kevin’s State Farm. Everyone says dealing with  insurance companies can be a pain but not with Kevin. I consistently receive responses to emails or phone calls incredibly fast. Kevin’s office has even helped me after business hours when I was purchasing a new car and needed a new copy of my insurance cards. Every time I contact Kevin I’m reminded of the impeccable customer service he and his team provide. Highly recommend!

Car battery died in lot just outisde office.  Have carried the emergency service for years, but not a cell phone.  Went in to confirm insurance and borrow the phone.  MOST helpful!  Thank You
