This is the best box ever!! Every single coach is amazing, they make sure that everyone working out gets the most out of their workout, ensuring that you are pushing yourself but always safe. The moment I came in I felt at home. And not only are the coaches the best ever, everyone there is like family, everyone supports, encourages, and cheers each other on. And after almost every work out (even though I'm often one of the last to finish) there is helping hands there to help me put my equipment away. Honestly, CrossFit14 is 100% the best around!

This box rocks! Besides the facility being rad, the degree of coaching and expertise that I have seen in just a couple of weeks is nothing short of stellar. The CF14 members here are full of pride and offer a sense of community.

Customer service excellence oriented!! The coaches all hold to an extremely high level of integrity consistent with Crossfit standards. The programming is fantastic and it really feels like they are always pushing you to be your best. Love my Crossfit family ❤️

CrossFit 14 has changed my life! Great box, amazing coaches, like no other box I've been to. It's all about the coaching quality and how they get to know every client to ensure your needs are met, that you work out safely, and you get the most out of your experience. The best part is it doesn't matter if you're an average Joe or an elite athlete, you're treated the same and you have a blast doing it. Don't hesitate, give them a shot!

There's so much to say! This place ROCKS!!! Check out the testimonials on the webpage if you actually need more, but you're better off coming in and trying a class!
