Studio F.I.T. is a great place to start your fitness journey,  supplement it with an existing program or if you are moving forward to a new stage in your life (wedding, pre/post baby,  seniors) and want to stay healthy and get really fit!!! Christine Simmons (owner) and Mark Simmons along with their other trainers are fabulous, well trained and certified in many fitness programs. They really know how to motivate you! Their Gravity program is awesome! They are moving to a new location in Seven Oaks this week! Grand opening is July 1st!!! Come join us for their 4th of July boot camp on Tuesday at 10 a.m. for only $10!!! Please register for the event on their Facebook page!
