As an affiliate owner myself, I find myself being very particular of the boxes I choose to visit. CrossFit 24 has exceptional coaching, great programming and still holds value in the CrossFit community. The way they are reaching out and helping one of their neighboring boxes is almost unheard of in our industry anymore. However, it exemplifies a value more boxes should strive to be like. It takes a special person of character to do what CrossFit 24 is doing. The CrossFit family here was strong and very welcoming. I would highly recommend CrossFit 24 to anyone looking to improve their fitness on any level. Keep up the hard work.

Highly recommend CROSSFIT CABRA, new to CrossFit we attended Foundation classes with Lauren. She is an amazing instructor and the gym is very welcoming and friendly; Lauren and CROSSFIT CABRA exceeded our expectations and we are hooked on CrossFit!

I have been attending Crossfit 24 for over 3 years and at this point I can confidently assert that I am a virtually perfect human specimen. Honestly, at times, whilst glancing in the mirror at myself, it is all I can do to keep from lustfully attacking my own reflection. Women (and even certain sorts of men) often follow me home like amorous alley cats in heat and it is sometimes all I can do to drive them back from my doorstep. Sadly, sleep is often hard to find amidst the din of all of my admirers plaintively mewling for my attention. Unfortunately, the frequency of my workouts has been negatively impacted as of late due to the overwhelming numbers of scientific studies (into the affect of awe inspiring physical prowess on the human body) of which I am constantly asked to be the subject. But you should still stop by regardless in the hopes that, perhaps by some lucky chance or twist of fate, I will be there working out that day and you to can be privileged, nay, honored with a glimpse of my awesomeness. In all seriousness though, if the proceeding is what you are looking for you aren't going to get it here (or anywhere for that matter). On the other hand, if what you ARE looking for is a great workout with some really nice, supportive, energetic and fun people then Crossfit 24 is just what the doctor ordered.
