If you're looking for a place that's not shoulder to shoulder with people on every machine, this is where you want to be. Always open 24/7. Very convenient parking. pull up to the door and walk-in. Equipments are always in Tip-Top shape. Owner Dale keeps a very tidy place and keep the a close eye on his customers needs. Maybe a tad more expensive than your circus work at clubs, but a great value for the dollar. I'm a very satisfied customer, Gavin

Like that you do not pay for facilities and services that you never use. This is a basic workout facility at a good price.

Dale's Anytime Fitness is one of the best in the area...and I don't think you will find any better equipment at a small gym. I highly recommend working out here.
