They made starting cycling so easy! Friendly staff they greet you and walk you through your first visit. Your first intro class (30 minutes) and your first full class (50 minutes) are free! No Groupon required! They have great promotions and challenges, the instructors are so energetic and treat you like family. Great place to work out after a long day, brunch and happy hour rides to pep up your week and plenty of times to match your schedule. Sign up! You won't regret it!!

I've been doing classes here about twice a week since November 2017.  It's good for those of us who have never taken a spin class before, because staff is always there to assist you and everything you need (towel, shoes, hair ties, etc) are all provided.  Weekend classes can be a little annoying to get in and out due to the schedule change with having classes only 15 minutes apart (as opposed to 30 minutes previously) and there not being a lot of space for the second class to come in while the first class is leaving.  I still enjoy the classes though and feel like I get a good workout.  Staff is super friendly and welcoming.  They also have snacks and happy hour drinks after certain classes which is fun if that's your thing!

Lots of fun! Came with a small group of veterans. My husband and I drive in from OKC for the event. Great service and great energy! Their facility is super clean. We loved that they had showers and hygiene items for us. They even had delightful and refreshing towels once our class was over. Leslie was our instructor and she is amazing! Hope we can come back again for another fun experience!

I never liked cycling. I signed up for one FREE class thinking it would be one and done. That was NOT the case. I love cycling now!
The atmosphere is exceptional. The cycle instructors come prepared and ready to do their job well each ride. 
Redina was her amazing self today! She rides and instructs each class will all she has to give.
I can’t say enough about Redina, Erika and Kennan. Way to go today Southlake!!
