I have had back pain from a surgery years ago.  I have been going to Purely Pilates for about a year now, and have had great success with managing my pain from it.   The Edola classes help build up strength, and the reformer classes are amazing!   All of the instructors are friendly and awesome people! I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out!

Really enjoying getting to learn the art of pilates.  The small class sizes are great and the privates are so worth it.  Have a major back injury and finding pilates is helping me to building strength in the best way.  Excited to see where my progress will be in a few months.

Purely Pilates really takes the time to get to know their customers, along with their needs, and how to best suit them. They focus on positive energy and helping people to reach their goals, and really take the time to encourage customers to be the healthiest that they can. I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to do Pilates. Stephanie (the owner) and Stephanie B ( an instructor there) are amazing and help you to look and feel good!

Amy Hinkel was a wonderful instructor for my first time doing Pilates.  The space was clean and she was so knowledgeable and personable!  I’ll be back!

Great combination of challenge and thorough stretching of all parts of the body.  Friendly, energetic and engaged instructor (Katherine) with good knowledge of Pilates.
