Coaches are big strength of the CrossFit Pleasanton., this facility have everything (more than) you need., best Coaches, sessions at anytime from early morning to till evening 830 pm, equipment you need and top of all very nice people around you to cheer you and also to compete with you ,,

Recently visited this box while in training at Camp Parks.  I didn't just feel like a visiting guest but one of the family! Knowledgeable and fun coaches, great athletes, plenty of space, and good equipment! Oh...and kick a** t-shirts earned after beastly wods! A must visit in this area!!

I've been working out with Paul and the Crossfit Pleasanton gang for about 5 years. This is a fantastic gym with excellent staff and facilities. Going to the gym is one of the highlights of my day! I highly recommend them whether you live here or are just passing through.

I travel the country and get the chance to try out different boxes so going to a friendly and professionally staffed place like this is always nice. They have a good mix of strength and regular WOD's.

I've been with CrossFit Pleasanton for the past 3+ years and it's changed my life. Prior to joining CFP I had tried a number of CF locations down in the South Bay, but never became really excited and looking forward to each day's WOD until CFP. I can't give enough credit to Paul for the coaches, equipment, and quality community that he has gathered together. The workouts are always challenging. I never leave feeling like I could have done more. Major credit should also go to Dan K., one of CFP's best coaches. He goes out of his way to make sure you workout hard but safe, using the correct form and without pushing your weight limits too far. 

Overall CFP is exceptional. If you eat right and literally just show up, I have no doubt that you'll get in to the best shape of your life.
