Bad experience. Had to pay two months extra fee even though I cancelled early. Apparently, they have policies in place to do that. You can't cancel your subscription online. You might think it's not a big deal but it is. You will send out a a mail, try to call them and follow up but you most definitely won't reach someone the first time. The process takes time. And they cancelled my registration on the payment due date and later sighted that since I was late in cancelling, I have to pay for the next billing cycle as well. Trust me, I was not late. I was trying to get hold of them over phone for the mail that they received from 2 weeks but it's not an easy job.

Needs better parking and less machines ... spin classes

Good value, and most equipment is in working condition. Main problem is that it is really filthy. So I just go for it, and then shower quickly before touching my face or anything else.

I love it here! It's a pretty small gym, gets crowded at certain hours. Staff members are usually friendly.
