I joined Lifelight Fitness for a 6-week challenge in September of this year.  I can’t say enough good things about this place. There really is a community feel here.  The trainers know you by name and always make a point to make sure people are introduced to each other.  Great workouts that make you sweat and a great meal plan that was easy to follow.  The workouts are only 45 minutes but really get things done.  Trainers make sure you’re using proper form and help if you need modifications in the exercises.  I lost 8.1% body fat in six weeks.  Super happy with my results and the whole Lifelight Fitness family!

I️ joined Lifelight Fitness challenge to gain muscle and lose body fat. During last 6 weeks, I️ lost 6.8% body fat and gained muscle and confidence. The staff is phenomenal and provide personalized attention. It is definitely a family atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming. I️ will highly recommend them! 💪🏻👍🏻

LIFELIGHT Fitness and Coach Thomas have had a huge impact on my life since I started coming here. Stress had me not paying attention to what I was putting in my body or how I was taking care of myself. I wasn't motivated to work out at all.
Lifelight was the change that I needed in my life. In  September 2016 I started working out at Lifelight Fitness with some friends for a Hot Mommy Challenge. I lost 20 pounds during that challenge and by Christmas I had lost 30 pounds. One year later I have maintained my 30 pound weight loss and I still enjoy working out at Lifelight Fitness. The staff is helpful and accommodating and it's a very inviting atmosphere.

I joined Lifelight 4 weeks ago on a 28 day challenge and it has been an absolute amazing experience. I am seeing results as I have lost lbs, inches and body fat in just 4 weeks so it does work if you can be disciplined and determined!  From the amazing coaches to the folks that work out! I have seen results happen to me in the last 4 weeks and decided to join the Lifelight family! This gym is not your typical gym, they truly care about you reaching your goals, they are very supportive and encourage you all the time! I am glad to be on this journey and I have met some amazing people that I get to work out with everyday!  Tom Miller and his staff are amazing and caring! Proud to say I belong to Lifelight!

I took their 6-week challenge, quiet frankly my first ever exercise routine. Not only did I get back in shape, I was one of the challenge winners. The challenge seemed daunting at first, but a week into the program, I knew I was on track to win it! Kudos to all the coaches at Lifelight!
