Visiting from Florida and looking for a THRIFT hotel in the area I read the reviews and was set back by all the negativity. Conclusion was our experience prove that to be totally untrue! The price was right and I was in the area so I thought I'd stop in for a personal look . I was greeted by young lady named Jenny and her new trainee named James . They were extremely friendly courteous and professional. They graciously allowed me to look at a room and I was quite impressed. Though not a five-star it was certainly adequate for our overnight stay and my wife reluctantly approved. Following a comfortable first night we decided to extend an additional night as the place was perfectly suitable to satisfy her needs. I witnessed no drug deals or people just hanging in the parking , roaches, bugs, or anything disgustingly negative. Maybe it was a fluke, but the reviews that I had read we're completely untrue and the only negative thing I saw was that the cheap price drew a little bit of a seedy looking crowd and also the grounds were a bit unkept with cigarette butts and more than normal paper and cops that needed to be picked up. My wife and I have been married for 40 years and we're looking for a place to stay as we visited Fort Worth. We are always looking for a bargain but seek lodging basically for a safe and clean place just to rest for the night. We had good service and professionalism from Jenny and James, also the general manager Jessica Wickham. This place completely suited our needs, save us money and should be considered for your stay!

Service was good as far as it went - the price was what I was I extremely disappointed in - twice what I was expecting - just for a place to sleep and shower... Sad indeed...

Have bugs in every room. Had to take my brother to the hospital because of the bed bugs we found (Hes highly allergic) i had to go to the er too for a staff infection! we bought a week of rooms by the 3rd day they made all of us leave with no explanation and NO REFUND we spent $600 for 2 rooms and lost out on over half the money. They are very rude. Told me and my Fiancée to get out of the shower when they busted in. You get no privacy what so ever. I would never recommend for anyone to stay here. They have the worst service ever! And on top of it all i have a service dog with her card and they still refused to let her stay with me. I have never seen a more rude staff in my life. I thought Granbury hotels had poor service but this has them beet. There not even worth the one star they got from me. Worthless and trashy rooms, staff, and service no one should be staying here
