MAGGIE is amazing!!! She was quick with the technical stuff, well spoken and articulate, and detailed exactly when I wanted her to be with perfect sensable answers to my questions! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! What a sweet woman who deserves everything because she has clearly earned it! If I could tip her, I would! I would even make her some cookies! Thank you again to Crowel Agency for having wonderful employees each time we call!

Had explained my situation of a screw up changing bank accounts. And they had forced insurance, and need it corrected quickly. Had talked with MacKenzie the day before coming in. Had explained and discussed what I wanted / needed. She confirmed she had everything ready. We talk the next day. Maybe an hour before I came in? As they insisted they wanted to look over the vehicle. I waited for over an hour and a half while she explained other choices she had taken the liberty to discuss with me. I'm mentally exhausted with it after she now tells me the internet is down. I call Crowel​ in highland. Felt as if I was speaking to a foreigner? Someone Completely inept. I hung up. Called Crowel in Michigan City. She convinced me to return and contract out with the Merrillville Office. So I return. They still didn't have the specifics. Then continued waiting another 30 minutes. Finally we're at the point of completion, and binder needs to be sent to lender / lien holder. Fax of binder sent to lien holder without lien holders name. Needs to be re-faxed. I continue to wait. They re-faxed it without the correct lien holder's address. By the time I left. I was 45 dollars higher than original quote and spent over 2 hours, just in their office. Was the issue with my insurance corrected? Yes. Was waiting over 2 hours reasonable? No. And my down payment $45 higher than on phone. Maybe this is an isolated incident? Maybe people aren't aware of what service is? We as consumers need to expect the same level of knowledge and skilled work to the level of what we are accountable too. This experience did not measure up. Perhaps isolated? Perhaps not? Just explaining my personal experience. If you'd like my Banks / lender's information to verify this experience? I'd be happy to give you my Credit Union's number and the name of the person I worked there with. She had to wait on the phone with me. This was D -. The only fact is, I left there with insurance, with a higher down payment, and 2+ hours of stress. Time is money. And while the entire process is taking place, the manager leaves an hour or so before closing. He should not have left in the middle of a debacle. His crew needed him, and he just through it in a woman named Maggie's lap, and left. She should be the manager. What purpose does he serve? People lead by example, not apathetic direction. Thank you Maggie. I felt as if I were never getting out of there. If anyone asks? I would recommend they call you. However, I would not recommend the agency / brokerage. Hopefully they ask me for an insurance agent, not an insurance company / brokerage. If you look at the reviews from 9 months ago? Which are they're latest? What has changed?

I was in and out within 20 minutes, reasonable price for insurance.
