Jennifer was so helpful in getting all of our policies switched over.  She was there to answer any questions at any time.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance.  You won't be disappointed.

I sent an email regarding a post card they sent out and within one day of reaching out they saved me money.  Very fast and painless.  Jeff was wonderful to work with.

The agents, Jeff and Jennifer, at Hoosier Insurance Agency were so helpful when I was involved and a Hit and Run accident.  They gave me much needed advice, were supportive, and generally helped me every step of the way.  The offenders Insurance agent said that her client denied responsibility.  The case went to Subrogation/Arbitration and ended up being decided in my favor, 100%, so my deductible was refunded to me.  

Another problem came with the Collision Repair place which wrongly forced me to pay them,  an amount over and above my deductible.  Jennifer fought on my behalf and got the overcharge refunded to me.  I was always informed of new information throughout the four month ordeal.  

Recently, I had a flat tire and Jeff was quick to help me to find potential Towing agents so I was able to get my car back on the road asap. 

 Both Jeff and Jennifer are outstanding in their efforts for their clients.

I recently switched my business insurance to Hoosier Insurance Agency and was so pleased with the service and rates that I decided to switch over my personal home and auto to them as well. The rates and customer service are the best around. I highly recommend using Hoosier Insurance Agency.
