This crew worked so hard with my rotten roof I was in shock. They were 3 days here and I thought it was going to take them more like 5. My end result was excellent. Also I'm getting the yearly Maintenance so this does not happen again. Good Job.

This company has the worst customer service ! The lady with the spanish accent that answered the phone the second time I called back was extremely nice BUT Yvonne.... Yvonne needs an attitude adjustment. Thinks she can talk to customers like they are beneath her. She is rude and doesnt answer your questions and when you ask a question she makes you feel stupid. Well im sorry Ms Yvonne, if I knew all the answers There would be no need for your job in the first place.

****Let me start by saying i know with the recent and still active tropics the roofers are extremely busy****
I called to ask for a free estimate and got a person that was very polite and soft spoken. They set me up for a day to get someone to come out. I waited and waited and waited. finally the day that they come, or not. I never received a call from them and almost two hours after he was suppose to be there and they said they had gotten the wrong address and knocked on the wrong door. Ok, we set it up for later that day he said i'll call when i'm on my way, probably around  4 and be there around 5. Ok cool. At 6pm i called the person back and he said he just got back to the office about to call me. (Eye roll) I said ok. He said ill tell you what ill make it to you tomorrow around 5 ill call you and let you know.I told him just to keep me updated, that is the only thing i really care about. honesty and KEEP ME INFORMED!!! I called him the next day at 4:30,  i asked if he was still coming. He said i was just about to call you what happened was i'm at tire kingdom with my car and i don't even know if i can finish the rest of my appointments today. I smirked and said you know what don't worry about it. I told you yesterday that they only thing i cared about was being informed and kept in the loop. All you have to do to keep me happy is call me and say something happened, don't make me call you every time. That is not good customer service. he argued with me for a minute or two and then i told him thank you for your time and and hung up. So this makes the third company to be a no call no show in the last two week. I still need some to look at my roof!

Poor Customer Service. The estimator came to my house and we spoke about a solar tube light that I wanted to get covered when they do the roof and I was about to sign the contract and move forward with them because they are offering the cheapest price when I noticed there was no mention of this solar light cover. So I called and spoke with the lady on the phone and she mentioned she would have to pull the original quote and give me a call back. Couple hours later I called to let her know I emailed the original that I had and she completely forgot about everything and I had to re-explain what I was waiting for(not a good sign). So I told myself maybe she is busy give her the benefit of the doubt and she told me she would call me back in a little while with an answer and well I waited the rest of my Friday afternoon for a call and never heard anything. This alarmed me so I went online to start looking at reviews and sure enough not 1 positive review so long story shorter I called a company called RDG roofing who is now doing our roof and has been great thus far.
