This is the worst place ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The customer service is pathetic. I went back in June (personally) to cancel my membership. The manager told me he was too busy and told the girl at the front desk that she could help me. I walked out the gym thinking my membership was canceled because that is what the girl told me. However, I was charged for the month of July and the month of August. I did not notice until after the month of August was charged from my account. I have called on numerous occasions and so has my husband. I want to be reimbursed for those months. I have been told that it would be taken care of. In one occasion, someone picked up and told me they did not speak English. I am tired. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! The last thing they told me was that they could not help me because I did not have proof that I went in June to cancel my membership, thanks to the girl at the front desk who did not give me a receipt. To make things even worse, I called corporate to complain. However, they could not help me because this gym is a franchise and they do not have access to their records. This is unbelievable! Do not even get me started with how gross this place is. They do a very poor job at cleaning and the showers are revolting.

I am here almost everyday and I love the gym. It's a great place lots of space but unfortunately not enough equipment and not enough strictness for resetting equipment. The dumbbells still go missing, so do the barbells and the same machines are normally out of service. But if you can look past a fee things and go in and out for a hard hitting workout, you'd love this place just like I do.

The gym is great to go to in the am, but forget the evening. Its so packed and smells horrible sometimes. The classes are great. Do not sign up for personal training. I signed up in June for a mandatory three months where a trainer was never available. Everything is on their time. I then cancelled my contract (only had three sessions out of 12 )and my gym membership, but still got charged 160 twice in two weeks! They did not refund anything even though they said they would and I had to file a claim with my bank and cancel my card. How can you charge someone $320 when they are no longer a member? If you are looking for a good workout and personal training try CKO in West New York or the one in Hoboken. I am NEVER going back to Crunch.

It's a very nice gym and for a cheap price. They have enticing programs and many appliances. The bathrooms are a bit filthy but for the most part the staff is nice and welcoming and nobody there is judgeful.

While the machines are poorly maintained and do break down and take long to get fixed, it is the nearest gym around. For the price you get what you get. Though the staff are very inviting and the bathrooms are "okay" clean.
