I ran into this store to pick up boxes for my upcoming move and Jeff was extremely helpful. He helped me pick out the right type of boxes and quantity. I will definitely be back for anything else I might need as the customer service was perfect. Yesterday, I came back and opened a storage locker, once again Jeff was a huge help and now I have a safe place for my items. Thank you for all your assistance - everything worked out perfectly.

The facilities are immaculate, comfortably climate controlled, and very well located. Sue, Frank, and the other staff members are unfailingly friendly, helpful, and efficient. We are very thankful for the great storage space and service provided by CubeSmart in South Evanston! Update: Several years later, what I stated above is all still true--and I'm getting an additional, larger unit!

Couldn't be run by nicer people. Its a very clean, well run facility by people who are incredibly kind and accommodating. I'll also cosign on the music. Heard some classic Hall & Oates when I came in and that always puts me in a good mood!

Cube Smart Storage is a very interesting place. One can rest assure that your valuables are in a very secure, clean and comforting place. It really does feels. like home. The staff there are very nice and respectful. The treatment is on top of the line. Thank you staff for being so kind.

Great staff and immaculate facility. Roy and Jeff are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to help and get you situated. My highest recommendations to them and this facility.
