This place is SOOO nice and clean. Well lit, climate controlled, carpeted with music piped through the hallways. What more could you ask for? Super friendly, helpful staff? Yep they have that too!

My partner and I are first-time storage unit renters and weren't sure what to expect. But both Edward M. whom we met initially and Ryan, with whom we eventually signed the contract, were friendly and patient with explaining everything. They were very thorough and professional and I must say that my expectations were exceeded! This location is brand-new, having opened in early 2017, and designed very well in terms of lighting, unit lay-out and especially security. We liked the fact that there's a free truck for the initial move-in and several flat-bed dollies available for our use. There are packing supplies and boxes available to purchase as well. This location is a vertical storage and you can drive your car into the structure and unload right by the elevators. So moving items can be done no matter what the weather, a big bonus. Overall, this location is full-service, clean, bright, secure and has staff who are truly customer-oriented, which isn't easy to find these days.

The staff is super nice. Super easy load dock and the buildings and clean and very nice. We couldn’t ask for a better spot.

I would definitely recommend this storage facility. It is clean and well-lit. Great location too with easy access! There are plenty of amenities also. Like the use of the van and large moving carts to easily load and transport to your space. The elevators are wide and easy to get into and out of. And, there's coffee and tea :) The service is friendly and professional. Both Edward and Ryan were always ready and able to answer questions, dispel concerns, and made me feel like they cared about my stuff being safe and secure.

Lock up storage rogers park is the perfect example of courteous costumer service and cleanliness thanks to Edward Martinez and Ryan Marshall. I came  back to Chicago from Puerto Rico after the Hurricanes and they welcomed me with open arms. They provided the right space and accommodated professional services that made the transition go smoothly, Thank you very much.
