Great experience... Customer service was the best I ever seen at any life storage business.. Always willing to go the extra mile to help.. Thanks team, really appreciate your hard work and dedication.. Hakeem was the gentleman helping me.. I was moving for a new job and was worried about storing my personal things but he made sure I felt comfortable and assured that my belongings would be safe.. Thanks again sir, I will make sure I let my friends and family know if they are looking for a great storage company to contact you.. Thanks a bunch for all your help..

This place is clean, safe, and well kept. Hakeem was amazing! He walked me through the entire process and was patient with me and my staff. Our company needed a place to store our files. Hakeem help us get a bigger space than what we reserved and he helped us get a few extra packing supplies. He is friendly, attentive, and really knows his stuff. So far, so good with LifeStorage. I just moved my things in last week. Mary, the office manager was helpful to advise me to register online for the discount, get situated the day before my move, which saved a good amount of time with my movers and she showed me around, so it was easy on the day of my move. The one thing that I'll ask is to have more moving carts. It took over 10 minutes to find one but gladly the whole local move with A&R Movers that are awesome 5 star service took less than 2 hours and so it didn't cost me any extra money. My stuff fit nicely into a 10x10 and the facility is a an excellent convenient location for me, has a nice, clean environment where I'll feel comfortable being in to rearrange my stuff for easy access. I was mostly chatting with the movers and let them load it up mostly how they thought it should go. My plans were originally to move in with a friend but it turned out not to be a good environment for me, so I had to quickly make alternate plans. Up until days before, I was thinking of putting stuff into a free storage at a home in Glenview and taking only a 4x4 unit for clothes while I'm transitioning for a new place to live in Chicago but this is so much worth the extra cost to save time and trouble. Now I don't feel any sense of rush to find a place to live permanently and will look into room-mates in furnished places to have an adventurous time in the city. What was the most stressful moving situation of my life is now taking shape to be more stress-free than I could have imagined a couple months ago. LifeStorage plays a big part in that so I am very happy to be there.
