Dad called me at home at mums at midnight to complain that they were ignoring his pleas for help. Totally ignored. Then raced over 15 miles. Get there and they take his vitals and they said he don't need to go. Go home, 3 hours later he calls via cell that he feels like death is near. This time I take Mom, ends up he had fallen out of bed trying to get help because the staff here is really lacking in many ways

You can't believe what these comments say until you experience this place for your self. They did a great job with my dad, he love it there. Started to do alot more for his self in less then 1month and they got him walking. They care and it shows. I recommend

Very good care, stuff is very nice, kind, carrying. Very clean. Rooms for 2 people. Very good doctors, very good physical therapy. My mom is 88 yo, got there after the stroke. Now she got transitioned to long care unit. I can't thank them enough, nurses come and check on her, wash her, help to the bathroom. Physical therapists come few times a day to walk her and get her to exercise. She stated walking and she started feeding herself. They take her out to the patio. They do care. Administration is very supportive. I was told by one of the nurses that the team work together for a long time, that explains a lot, excellent work ethics.

I don't know how they got 4 stars there are not 4 star facility far from it so disappointed

They are ok but lacking in the physical therapy department
