Indifferent and careless attitude. My kid had an injury and we came to the ER for treatment. The nurse at one time did not ask clearly about the questions; won't let my husband inside the room, and asked us to swap, then changed her words. Don't know if it is the rule, but an inconvenience to the parents! Very unprofessional and unfriendly! The PA named Alana didn't even explain anything and didn't seem to know or care. What an incompetent staff! She just gave the paper to the nurse, and the nurse discharged us. It was not a very good experience.

Honestly, I did not appreciate how the nurse treated my boyfriend. Right when she walked into the room, she gave me and partner a look of disgust. Just by the grimace of her face you could tell she just wanted to get the job done, and move on. 

Oh, and when she asked him which side of the leg that he wanted to receive the shot, she yelled at him to fix the posture of his leg. It didn't make sense, beacause his leg was already straight enough for her to inject. 

Also, I did not appreciate it when the nurse did not make sure to stop the bleeding after taking the needle out. Usually when I go to hospitals like Kaiser, or Sutter Health, they usually take the time to seal the affected area with some cotton and a band-aid. 

But No! This lady did not! I had to jump in and moist a paper towel myself to stop the bleeding of my boyfriend! If you're wondering what this woman looks like. She is kind of heavy set, wears glasses, caucasian, has brown hair, and was working Feb 3 of 2018 around 11pm. She could've been clocked in earlier, but that is besides the point. 

Also, she tried to rush us out of the ermergency room when we are allowed a 20min wait. Meanwhile, my boyfriend is in agonizing pain from the shot. He could not feel his left leg, nor his left shoulder. He just kept grunting over and over again. 

Finally, when the pain stopped, I did my best to get my boyfriend's clothes on. After that, I assisted him out of the hospital by latching his arm over my shoulder and walking him out of the room he was lying down. However, as we got to the parking lot, that seemed to be too painful; so I just put him on my back and carried him to the car.

To check in you have to go through 3 steps! And I don't know why I had to explain my problem to 4 different people before I was seen by a physician. had to wait 1.5 hour to be seen, 2 guys were with him taking notes, making me really uncomfortable. The whole inspection took 2 min, and then I had to wait another 30 min until someone brings my prescription! How would you rate such an emergency room??

A lot of tears with them. Brought my baby in twice (once per their request for recheck) they had us wait for more than 3 hours (First time from being administered to discharge was 4 hours; Total time for 2nd visit was 5.5 hours) and the baby was crying insane bc we just landed from an international flight for the first visit. The ER doctor overtreated our 11 month with antibiotics (now believed to be a misdiagnosis of bladder infection). I called them after I got home but they refused to leave a message to the doc till almost 3 days later (after 3 days of antibiotics for a little baby! who started to have blood in his stool, worsened diarrhea, and lost weight) they called us for a new antibiotic prescription!? When we were waiting there after 2 hours, a nurse practitioner came to us saying that we'd better get a new catheterized urine test bc she suspected our baby was treated with antibiotics unnecessarily...i'm glad she has a different opinion )I could go on and on..... 
This is not a good place for infants to be treated . There are no pediatrician on call unless you contacted your own but if I can get hold of our own ped why would I even come here?!
