Bought a car from them last year. The second we walked off the lot with the car they've been incredibly difficult to get a hold of. We've struggled to get maintenance history from them and feel like their were certain things that were kept from us when we purchased--you live and you learn! We also needed them to cancel our warranty but no communication whatsoever unless you go in person which isn't very convenient.
