The people workin there are nice and friendly, can‘t say anything negative about that! But they totally ruined my only designer dress. Silk and Viscose, I asked to be careful with it...and got it back all shrinked...can‘t even get my arms through the sleeves anymore. The worst thing is: I wanted to wear it at a function and noticed the desaster ten minutes before...because they didn‘t tell me about it at the shop. I‘m so sad. 😢

This is the worst place to repair shoes. The service was terrible.  They have no idea how  to repair designer shoes.  Never will go to this place again.

I dont even want to give 1 star. They completely ruined a dress - we can't even figure out what they did but it looks like they wire brushed it - and sent it back like nothing happened. I understand mistakes happen - perhaps there was a stain they noticed, but then they should not have worked on it - how you handle accidents is everything. I will never use them
again.

Custom Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaning place I know of in the Woodley/Dupont area. I get my work shirts cleaned there every couple weeks and they do a great job. The woman who runs it is also a terrific seamstress. I had a swede jacket that I ripped open when I caught the pocket on a door. I brought it to Custom Cleaners and the lady worked on it for a couple days. When I got it back, the jacket was patched up and looked as good as new. It was incredible. I highly recommend these folks.
