My first visit, I had a dressed dry cleaned, same-day. I was impressed by the speed, and the dress looked great. I didn't need dry cleaning again until my next winter coat and so I went ahead a dropped-off some shirts with it. All the clothes took a day and a half, every item came out perfect. The staff is always nice and attentive which just makes it a pleasant experience to take my clothes there.

Almost comically bad on several levels. Tailored suits with one leg or arm shorter than the other. Of the two pairs of Bruno Magli shoes I dropped off to be polished, only one was polished; the other was misplaced *in a pile of trash*. Only used them once for dry cleaning, and their work was average, but given their operational issues, I'm disinclined to give them the opportunity to lose, burn, or otherwise ruin our clothes.

They completely wrecked 2 pairs of my pants and denied all responsibility. The pants were steam burned. They had a shine on all the high spots and the color was changed on all the high spots. You could see the outline of the fabric of the pockets underneath like two big squares on the butt. I worked in dry cleaning and I know how it was damaged. I also took the pants and showed them to two dry cleaners in the area and they gave the same reason for the damage with out any prompting. They manager was extremely dishonest and did not offer any compensation. One of the pair was 3 three years old and had been cleaned countless times by other dry cleaners with no problems. They other pair was new. The manger blamed it on the fabric. When I was in dry cleaning we would have replaced or given free dry cleaning for such an obvious mistake. Dishonest management!

I am giving them 2 stars because the guy was polite. With that said, I took in a jacket to get a seam restiched with no cleaning. When i came to pick it up they had cleaned it but not repaired it. After I picked it up the second time and used it I noticed it had shrunk. the last time I wore it was a little over 2 weeks ago. I will not be using them again.
