This is not my regular CVS thank goodness. Yesterday my Dr called in a pain med I needed at 3 pm . at 5:30 If it a call from a female saying that this med was out of stock. Great news at 5:30 on a Friday. Than she went in to say I seem to be getting the medicine refilled early which is not true at all but then went on to say I am possibly ab suing the medication and need to speak to my doctor. I am furious and appalled. I have already filed complaints with the corporate office .she should be fired and I will never step foot in there again.

Customer service is pretty good, but the efficiency of getting people through the line and staff knowing where merchandise isnt great.

"It wasn't just fine, it was transcendent." This conversation just happened in our car after departing this CVS. We love the cashier there and wanted to take her home with us, but there was a private security truck outside. 5 stars.

We have been using this pharmacy for 15+ years and I find that sometimes the staff is trying to rush me along or feels bothered by my questions. I feel that the lead pharmacist could be a little more friendly and smile once in a while. If it weren't for the convenience of their location, we'd go the CVS by The Collection as I have found their staff to be much friendlier.
