I came to the store with a severe brake problem I needed resolved to get back on the road the evening before Easter Sunday. When it turned out my car had to have all new brakes 30 minutes before closing, Ricardo not only kept the store open for me, he drove to another Pep Boys to get the parts to do the job. 

I could stop there - certainly that said enough about Ricardo’s commitment to customer service. But even more important than the fact that Ricardo was kind enough to do my brakes and get me back on the road in an hour was how he treated his new employee, Taylor. Ricardo’s level of professionalism, patience, and instruction showed real leadership. As a result, Taylor was already a great employee on the right track. She was excited to learn and glad to keep the store open for a customer in need.

What great people - I hope management is proud. Thank you Ricardo and Taylor; I know I will be a repeat Pep Boys customer!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to this location 3 days ago because I had a nail in my tire and the check tire pressure light was on. The salesman came out looked at the nail and said “that’s in an unrepairable place and I wouldn’t feel safe plugging it for you. You can take it to a used tire place but I’m not going to do it”. Mind you, I only have 20,000 miles on these tires since it’s a new car. Anyways, what he could do was sell me 2 new tires for $385 dollars (not including install fee). So I end up buying new tires online and take them to the Discount Tire store on Chamblee to be installed.They said I still had 20,000 miles left on my tires and all it needed was a plug. So I guess I’ll save my new tires for when I really need them. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They use scare tactics to sell and they’re dishonest. I wish I could have grabbed his name before I call corporate.

This place is awesome! Always get great service when I bring my car to this location. Shoutout to Ricardo for his great work during my car inspection and talking me through all of his recommendations.

Best 1st time experience!  Shanda and Terry were so kind and professional...not to mention efficient! They talked me through my options and process and completed my service within under an hour! I'll definitely use them again in the future!

I called them a few days ago and asked them if they do speedometer calibration. The man with an accent who answered the phone said "yes we do". So I took my car there a few hours later to have it calibrated. When I arrived, the tech said that he isn't certified to do the speedometer calibration and to come back Saturday because that is when the certified tech will be there. I arrived Saturday only to be told by one of the service managers that they don't do speedometer calibration. I would not recommend this place mainly because of the unprofessionalism.
