Called to have prescription refilled over a week ago.  Went in to pick it up and was informed that no record of the request was on my record.  I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Well I can say that they are consistently disappointing as far as customer service . I'm not blaming the staff. I am blaming the management and CORPORATE . Clearly they do not allow the funding to have enough staff hired for this location . Rush how after work when majority of the customers come from work and they have one person on the register and one person on drop off window. I have been waiting 25 mins just to drop off a script. I'm changing my pharmacy to Costco or Walgreens . This is consistently a problem. The cuatomer in front of me is trying to complain to the manager of the store and he is clueless and just giving her the line of "sorry ma'am this is not my dept etc ". Don't come here !

Gosh, a 2.4 rating, this is a low rating. I hope with a five star rating, it will improve. Everytime I go there, to buy a few things, the cashiers are always nice and friendly. An employee even in the middle of the night walked me to my car (tension in the neighborhood), so I would feel more comfortable. The store is open 24 hours too.

I was trying to get a transfer of a prescription for my daughter from Walmart. She is disabled and takes many medications. Walmart is hardly diligent on keeping the monthly supply. I called a few pharmacy's and none had time for me. Nick at this pharmacy picked up the phone and with a pleasant voice and friendly back and forth, he handled the problem in it's entirety. After reading some negative reviews, I am hesitating to give this a store a try. Yet, during the lunch time of Veteran Day, by accidence I walked in and scouted the pharmacy counter for about 2.5 hours on purpose. Here is my observation and my one-penny report: 
1) the staff i encountered like a gal called "Pary", 2 guys called "Jacob" and "Jason" are all friendly, communicating, and supportive. 
2) the time of waiting is not that bad, probably about 10-15 mins. It may be not the peak time of the day. It just tells me to visit the pharmacy at their non-peak time will be less stressed out on both sides if you could. 
3) the overall experience is pretty good and caused me to shift my previous CVS store to this one. All pharmacy staff are truly busy, all i could say to CVS senior management level is, treasure and value your current staff, take care of them first to enable them doing the same to customers.
4) assuming this store might have changed in a good direction as i read more good feedback recently. keep doing this, CVS pharmacy team, people like me are feeling your hearts and good work!
5) in case of waiting in a long line, grab a joke book on the left corner of the pharmacy counter, it will keep your sanity and enjoy life a little bit in the midst of hassle, which i tried today, it works......
