If I could give a 0, I would. Not only were they VERY rude to me, I was on hold for 15 minutes, AND was in the store for 40 minutes while they filled one script! Yeah I get it, working in the pharmacy is a taxing job.. and I normally don’t write reviews (good or bad), but Jesus Christ, listening to them make fun/mock of other patients (and taking so long to fill my script) is absolute bullsh*t.

Most Horrific customer service. There is never a polite individual on staff. There are always long wait times when calling to check to see if a medication is filled, they are always long to process the prescription, and most times, the prescription either gets lost by them or they don't have the medication in stock. The second drive thru line has been broken for months. I am switching pharmacies due to the rudeness and ineffefency of this CVS. Do not use the pharmacy here.

Never had an issue here. My girl gets her hair stuff here. She's got a thing about her hair looking good ALL the time!

Never enough staff in the pharmacy. 2nd Drive thru lane has been broken for ever.

There is ALWAYS a problem when it's time to get the medication; not in stock, keep you coming back or calling (on hold for long lenths of time), need doctor approval, don't call when time for a refill, lose rx; etc.
