Had a slight problem with some staff in the past, brought it to upper managements attention, they were very quick to research and resolve the problem. Otherwise, this location, for the most part, is usually very clean and has what you need when you need it. Appears to be under new management which is a huge plus. Kevin and Steve and the weekday day crew seem to be more in line with CVS's policies and the community - respect, service, caring. Thanks for caring enough to resolve the problem. (Update- as of 6-21-17, the problem has not been resolved as I originally had thought. April, whoever she is, is by far the rudest individual I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Clearly their managers do NOT have any control over her. Nobody there seems to communicate with each other, April and the other kid that usually works with her continue to do as they please regardless of what their manager has resolved - the most combative and confrontational individuals ever. Furthermore- these two individuals have taken it upon themselves to go and try to have me banned at other area stores - unfortunately for them, I am on very good terms with the other stores and friends with some of the staff they have been bad mouthing about me to. The staff as a whole has operated to traumatized my children by directly seeking confrontation with me in front of my children. I've done nothing to these people and will not back down till they are fired or relocated to another location where their antics are more acceptable, which I assume will be nowhere. I'll be speaking with an attorney soon enough should cvs not rectify this situation just based on general principle and the slander/libel factor alone. These people are absurd)

Nice place, pharmacist is very nice, but the techs are extremely rude.

Not sure what Kyle K is talking about... I've been coming to this CVS since I started my undergrad in 2007. There are always polite, quick, and personable. They work with my physician to make sure my scrips are refilled and call me right away if there are any issues. They even stayed late once to fill three scrips for me right at close. Highly recommend this place.

Best pharmacy I have ever used, love the pharmacist and the Staff are great too.

I love this pharmacy! Ran into a few complications in regards to my son's med, which can get complicated but otherwise Chris, James and the rest of the East Lansing team are awesome!
