This Michaels in particular always seems to be heavily crowded and very understaffed during the weekends. But if you go there during the week during the day you will have a excellent experience.

I think this Store is the most ridiculous Michaels around.. Friendly staff..pfft NOT they are short rude and act like they don't know about things in the store.. when you call to see if they have something in stock don't even bother they will say yes just to get you there and then when you confront them about it they play dumb or make you feel stupid.. They make up lies about things they should have in the store and they just don't want to unpack the boxes.. I was told they didn't have something and I opened a box that was on the floor in front of the shelf and guess what THERE IT WAS or I had drove to the other Michaels and they had the item that the Manager said they were not going to get until later in the year..  Don't waste your time drive the extra few min and go to the one on the West Side of Lansing if you have to go to a Michaels. I didn't even want to rate it one star but had to in order to post review...

The supplies there were overpriced and it was hard to find what I was looking for and most of the stuff I bought broke or did not work but if you're willing to pay money that's the place to go
