Nice employees who aren't pushy if you tell them you're just looking. When I did decide I needed help they were kind and knowledgeable and cut me a deal for buying an extended warranty.

The staff there had no idea what the hell they're talking about. They gave me the run-around one long haired guy was cool but the Dakota chick was sneaky and very unhelpful. I bought a Behringer speaker and when I got home it was broken then I brought it back two of the other speakers they had were defective and rather than leave empty-handed I wanted to test the final speaker they had but Dakota said no after she left one of the other employees was going to help me check it out. When Dakota heard this she ran to the back and stopped him. $60 in gas down the drain and 5 hours of driving. Two people I was with even saw this going down and were irritated by the way I was treated. The one good thing about Dakota is that she gave me a 2-year warranty but she deducted it from the speaker price so now if I want to return the speaker I'm not going to get all my money back. Not bash Dakota but even the other staff member that was helping me thought she was giving me the runaround and by the end of trip I went from thinking she was very helpful to thinking that they had one speaker that worked in the back that they didn't want to give me.

Cool store. Heard good things about the location. Attempted to purchase a mic and couldn't seem to get any help in doing so.  Waited and left after 15 to 20 minutes as the product I required was locked in a cabinet.

Awesome store has everything musical you could ever want very professional employees. If you ever go talk to Mitch he can find you anything you need awesome experience.

The workers are very nice and helpful. Fun to use equipment and be able to try things before you buy them.
