I've been using this location for around 12 years, and my grandparents the 10 years previous to that. The pharmacy employees tend to address me by name even before I tell them what I'm there for. Even the newer hires remember me after just a few interactions. The pharmacy no longer being open 24/7 was a slight disappointment as I keep odd hours, but it was easy to adjust. Everyone there is polite and helpful, from the pharmacy to the front of the store.

CVS is horrible! They act like they are doing you a favor and are usually very short and rude. Also, I always have to wait for like 10 minutes on hold. Bad hours now( no longer 24 hours ). You have to wait usually at least an hour for an RX to be ready, whereas it takes 15 min at Harris teeter ( who are very friendly.) Most Importantly!!! PLEASE TURN DOWN YOUR MUSIC THAT PLAYS WHILE ON HOLD! ITS EAR PIERCINGLY LOUD AND STATICY. I have no idea how they are so popular.

They can be nice, but don't know what they are doing half the time. I've been coming here for 4 years & recently they gave me a substitute for my medicine. On top of that it was $10 more & when I went to get my order right the guy at the front desk didn't know what he was doing.

Despite numerous filling of prescriptions, one pharmacist, Michelle, refused to fill my Rx claiming, "I'll have to call this in." Whatever that means. But at 3 a.m., my guess was the call was hours away. I told her to check my Rx history where she would find other prescriptions that were filled for the same quantity and same strength. Made no difference; she had spoken. I asked her to ensure a sufficient quantity on hand when I returned a week later and a different, more familiar pharmacist. She said, "Sure." A week passed and the Rx could not be filled due to an insufficient quantity. Records indicated no orders were placed as she had agreed. In 5 days, there will be enough. This Michelle has no business at CVS. Didn't fill Rx, didn't ensure future quantity, didn't tell the truth.
