I wanted to leave feedback on MR. MIKE SILVA in the Golf Department. I can't begin to describe in words how invaluable he is. This store I consider my "home" store (which I've been coming to for 10+ years) and I have never met an employee of this store quite like Mike. Every time I see Mike he has an incredible smile on his face. He doesn't wait until a customer engages him, he actively seeks to assist customers in anyway he can. I've even seen him give FREE golf lessons. He has numerous times gone out of his way to give me aid in putting tips, swing tips, and overall performance guidance. His attitude, work ethic, and commitment to client satisfaction is worth more than probably what he is being paid. If I was in management, I would keep an eye on Mike for future promotion opportunities and compensations. He is, in my opinion, one of the stores greatest assets.

I was actually just here killing time with my kids while my wife was shopping next door. The store was clean and we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance by several of the associates working there. The appeared to have a nice selection of outdoor equipment, which is where we spent most of our time.

I don't see how they stay in business. I went there for bike tires and was initially told the right place to look. I didn't see the size I needed so I asked if they had more in the back. Wow! That went horribly wrong. I ended up being handed off to 4 other people in different departments and none of them had any clue what they were doing. One of them even referred me to the girl in apparel. I drove all the way across town and spent over 45 minutes in the store for no reason.

Went weeks ago for baseball equipment and staff is not knowledgeable, went today for shoes and only 1 shoe sales person was wanting to do their job will not return due to lack of caring sales reps.

I went and i did not enjoy my time there. They did not make it clear what the prices were for items and when we looked for someone to help there was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE working there walking around. So we used the call for help button in front of the shoe section and it took 30 minutes at least for someone to walk out from the back toor which was about 20/25 feet. I was not impressed.
