It's not entirely clear where it is but it is a classy corporate store. The staff knew their stuff and I witnessed them go above and beyond to help other customers reconcile some difficult situations. They were amazing in accommodating me while I transferred a ton of stuff from my old phone to my new one (I was there for at least 90 minutes).

Jacob is seriously the best sales rep I have ever encountered. He provides speedy, friendly, and well-informed service. Plus, his charismatic personality makes it even better. I was a little hesitant to upgrade my phone but Jacob helped me get the iPhone 7 plus in no time, assisted me with the set up, and helped me figure out what accessories I needed. It was like talking to a friend and I didn't feel pressured like you may when dealing with other sales reps. He was also available when I called the store with questions and he's definitely one of the reasons I've decided to remain a T-Mobile customer instead of switching carriers. Thank you Jacob for all of your help! You deserve a raise and then some!! Kudos to you for making my visits to this store pleasurable.

Not your ordinary customer service experience! Jennifer went above and beyond to help me with my new phone, case, screen, and Fitbit.  I've always had great customer service with T-mobile, but this is experience left me feeling taken care of and given the best price.  Thanks Jennifer, you are awesome!

I had to stop by at this location today so I can get my iPhone plus extchange becuse it was acting up, so they gave me another refurbish one, few minutes after I left the store the new one start missing up again and when I came back to speak with the manager of the location(Androw that is his name) it took him 15 minutes to get out of his office to talke with me (( I guess he was so busy playing candy crush in his office since no body was at the store except me )) after I explained to him what happened with the phone he said there is nothing he can do and I have no choice so I told him if I went outside of this door I'll find a different company he looked at me like I don't care with a smile on his face. 
So I did I left T-Mobile after being with them for more than 3 years because of this manager attitude

Today is such a Great Day!!! I have had such horrific results from my experience in which I was trying to get my phone fixed.I went to another store within Greensboro..They were nice enough..but clearly did not have the true concern I found at the store on West Wendover...Where I met my knight in shining armour!!! "JACOB"!!!! From my entrance to the conclusion...There was pure concern and most of all...Absolute Experience..Knowledge and Professionalism...From this point on..my relationship with T-Mobile will be handled by this Store!!!! I will not forget to mention Brittany who is also a Sales Associate..Her kindness was Bravo!!! Thanks Jacob and Brittany!!!!
