The store was clean and they had a great selection. The prices seemed fair and comparable to Amazon as well. My only complaint is that you won't be left alone when you just want to browse. Over the course of an hour I probably had 7 or 8 people ask me if I needed help. Some may prefer this, but I just wanted to look at computers on my own.

I am very happy with this store and Staff. Always Helpful. Some of them are not knowledgeable but they will call the right person if they don't know about product. You can always see the store manager if you have any concerns. Unlike the price match option. You can Mach with Amazon are any website they will match price . You have cheek online before you make your purchase . Think smart ...

Our sales person, Sam Stevens, was great! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, etc. I can't say enough good things about him. Our final purchase was not what we intended to buy. Sam explained the positive features as well as the negatives. Had it not been for Sam, we would have been disappointed in our purchase. Thank you, Sam!

I bought some headphones and couldn't find the receipt when I took them back they act like I stole them. I gave the exact day and almost the time and the and exact register purchased on. They said they couldn't look it up because it was cash purchase, that's a crock everything done electronic can traced. They didn't want to take the time to do it. They gave a store credit they did not put the tax on the card. So I find the receipt and they still will not give me my tax back.

Avoid this place like the plague if you plan on purchasing anything high end. I purchased a $3800 item and decided it wasn’t right for me. Went to exchange it for another item and was charged a $495 RESTOCKING FEE! The kicker was the item they sold me originally had been returned once before and they sold it to me as new. Then said because it was opened I would have to pay the restocking fee. How many times do they sell this stuff as new after charging a restocking fee??? Ive spent a ton of money at this place but rest assured I’ll never spend another dime here or at any other Best Buy location. Hopefully they will follow the same path as the many other brick and mortar electronic stores and go out of business.
