Horrible experience with the pharmacy, not once, but twice. The 1st time, they told me to come back, yet they had never called my doctor for a refill. So I had to again make another trip in. They also filled one RX with 90 pills, but the RX was for 100 pills. Gave them my cell #, yet no text to tell me meds were ready. They said they had a landline #. Manager asked me to give them another chance...3 months later for refill and a new RX. Label on liquid bottle was put on very sloppy, going down side of bottle. Now 5 times later I explained that the # they had was my cell. They said I would receive a text when ready. Again, no text as they explained they only had my landline. Very uncaring, non professional.

Staff working at the pharmacy could use a class or two on good customer service.

Have always had quick and reliable service at the pharmacy here. Helpful pharmacy techs know what products will serve you best and their knowledgeable pharmacists will give you a heads up on what to expect from new meds.

They screwed my prescriptions up. I called them to refill them. They told me it would take 2 to 3 days. Third day comes with no info. Called them back and found out THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY PRESCRIPTIONS!!! If you need your prescriptions, keep calling them every hour and remind them you need your prescriptions.
