Pharmacy line is Always longgg! If you call they will put you on hold forever.  Worst ever!! Avoid this place. Wouldn't happen if it was uptown tho. Smh

the worse cvs! the manager always so rude and giving me a hard time. that is the closest cvs to me and I still go further out just so I wont have to deal with the b.s. i wish i could half the star i selected.

This pharmacy is POORLY managed. Either a customer is given the INCORRECT prescription, prescription dosage, or DEPLORABLE customer service, or they are insufficiently stocked. PLEEEASE DO SOMETHING CVS, before this ONE location, damages the BRAND, this chain of stores, have worked diligently to develop and establish.

I'm giving 3 stars only because the Pharmacist there is nice and if he hears that you have a problem he will try to fix it right away but the staff there is very unprofessional.  They act like they don't want to work.  They make no effort to try to correct even the simplest problems.  There is not point in calling corporate, I think they gave up on them a long time ago.  But I can say it better then the one on Penn/Branch.
