I'm not sure about the other reviews on here, maybe it used to be pretty bad, but I really have grown to appreciate this place after having it become my regular pharmacy for the last year. Granted, the aisles can feel a little cramped, and sometimes there are long lines for the pharmacy, but I don't think that's really unique to this place (I experience the longest ones usually around evening rush hour, and that's been the case everywhere I've lived). I got a flu shot here from an awesome and really nice pharmacist, and I've had some of the most pleasant interactions with a cashier ever here.

Four or five years ago, a pharmacist here refused to fill a prescription from my son's psychiatrist. The insurance company wouldn't pay because they said it was too soon to refill. Because we were headed out of town, I offered to pay cash. The pharmacist still refused. I went to Rite Aid and have never been back. I recommend Rite Aid on Baltimore Ave. It's cleaner and more attactive, wait times are shorter, and the pharmacists are friendlier.

My doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday and I called this location the next day at 11:30AM  to verify the prescription was ready for pick up.  They said they did not have the prescription and that there may have been an "error" in the doctor calling it in.  They constantly state their computers are "down" and they cannot check anything.

This is not the first time this location has had issues with prescriptions.  They are generally rude and dismissive on the phone and have no care what so ever if you get your medication in a timely manner.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE ANY SUBSTANTIVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DRUGS YOU ARE TAKING.
