I stopped by to ask about a flu shot (figuring that I couldn't get one at 4pm on Friday) and I got one with no hassle and was out in just over ten minutes. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and professional. I can't think of a reason I would ever go to CVS after having been to this pharmacy.

I am very disappointed with my experience at the RediClinic at this Rite Aid on Route 1 & Queensbury Rd.  The woman that checked me in was very nice and friendly.  The Nurse Practitioner was rude and condescending.  She insulted me 3 different times during my visit and misdiagnosed me.  I will not go back there and I have warned my family and friends.  I wish I could get my copay back for that horrible experience.

I visit this Rite Aid more than once a week, as it's close to my home. The staff is friendly -- they have little turnover, so you're likely to get to know them.  They have security, which makes me feel safe. The selection is good, and the pharmacy has been a reliable resource for my family's meds. We've been going there for more than a decade. 
The selection of items is good, the store is large and clean. Excellent magazine selection, small junk-food aisle, some standard foods (milk, bread, peanut butter. Excellent selection of pharmaceuticals, toiletries, party goods, greeting cards, and makeup. Some seasonal items and housewares. Lots of school supplies. Free parking. Carts available. Spanish spoken. Photo counter. Pharmacy until 8 pm. Limited hours (8a-10p).

I visited the RediClinic with a sick child at 7:30 pm and was greeted warmly by Ms. Bianca.  The nurse practitioner there was great. Nurse Practioner Fikirta Forrester greeted us warmly, introduced herself and was so pleasant.  She was patient with my 9 yr old daughter, waiting for her to respond to questions and giving her an opportunity to talk without interruption. If I ever need an urgent care visit I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.
