Had two sides of my rather tall house needing new gutters. They originally said they would be a few days out to look as it was the heavy time of year but they came out earlier which was great! When they came to do the job I went inside to do paper work and before i was able to see their progress they knocked saying done! Way faster than I thought as they custom make the cutters right at the house out of a pasta lol machine!  Fun process to watch. No leaks, no issues with the job or materiel so I doubt I will need them again anytime soon but would call them first now! They even called a few weeks later to see how it was and if I was satisfied. Great customer service.

Dishonest, shotty work.
One of the workers informed me after they installed my gutters, that they had forgotten to install one of my downspouts.  I asked that it be installed, and I was guaranteed that the gutter would work appropriately without it, and it was unnecessary. 
Shortly after my gutters were installed I had them overflowing with rainwater.  I got on the ladder to clean them, and noticed they were not full of debris, just uneven and holding stagnant water to the point of overflow.  I contacted Ben (owner) and let him know about the problem.  When he notified me he would be out to fix it over the weekend, I let him know I would be out of town for the weekend, and needed to schedule another time.
Fast forward about 2 months, I contacted again to let them know I still had the same problem.  Ben assured me he came out that weekend when I was gone and fixed them.  Odd, because my fiance was still home for the weekend, and the cars parked directly under the front gutter would have been impossible to work around.  Add in the fact that I have photographs, AND the gutter in the back of the house is still shaped like a "W" holding water in more than one spot.  The gutters are wavy, wobbly, ugly, and don't do the job properly.
I have since not heard from Ben or his company about fixing the gutters.  Previous gutters were on the house for 20+ years and never held standing water.
Ben and Precision Services LLC not only do poor craftsmanship causing you to have the job done twice, he is a bold faced liar.  I will be hiring someone to fix the issue, and sending them the bill as they have refused to return my attempts to contact them to fix what they did wrong.
