If I could put -5 stars I would do it with pleasure. Terrible service. I came at 1 pm to do a background check, the officer told me to wait till 2:30 pm because the one who was in charge of it, was on break. When I came back there was a different officer at the front, who told me they were closed already, I replied "how is it possible if the background check closes at 4", the officer told me that the same exact person in charge of it called off, I immediately left, they wasted my time and lied straight to my face. How could this police department do services with a small amount of irresponsible staff? and how can a police be a bunch liars? I don't recommend coming here.

It was the worst experience in my life. I was waiting for 2 hours for nothing. It's terrible.

Fast, but they only accept cash and it has to be exact change in bills of $20 or less, no coins. Kind of strange how the police only accept cash in small bills. Reminds me of a criminal enterprise trying to hide their financial transactions haha. The real reason though is probably just government laziness.

Great service always ready to take you down to miami like a chauffeur service.    They even use the carpool lane.

Went in for electronic fingerprints (concealed carry) and they were rude and unhelpful. Basically they treated me like a criminal. Also they charged $15 (cash only,  exact change) (Florida law says no more than a  $5 service fee) 

I went early in the morning on a weekday and only had to wait 5 min
